At Nevariancare, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, our customer support team is here to help.

Returns

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. Once we review and approve your request, we will provide instructions for a replacement or return, as applicable.

If the issue was caused by an error on our part or the item arrived damaged or defective, we will provide an appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.

Change of Mind

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is eligible for return and has not been used.

Returned products must be:

• Unused and unworn

• In their original condition

• In their original packaging where applicable

• Free from damage, stains, odors, or signs of use

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

Hygiene-Related Products

For health and hygiene reasons, compression stockings that have been worn, used, washed, or otherwise handled in a manner that prevents resale cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

This restriction does not affect your rights regarding products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, the eligible amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
